Creators reach brands with direct messages, comments and cold emails, each in a different shape. Some link a portfolio, some link nothing, and rates never sit in the same place. A UGC form makes everyone answer the same questions.
How it works
- The creator gives a name, an email and a main handle.
- They link a portfolio or a folder of videos. The form takes links, not files.
- They tick the kinds of content they make and the areas they know.
- They share turnaround, gear and a usual rate, so you can compare.
A sample chat
A creator's AI might ask: "Where can I see your work?" Then "Which kinds of content do you make?" Then "How long does one video take you?" It shows all the answers and sends them only after a yes. Read more about agent-fillable forms.
Good to know
Use it as a content creator application form. Sort the CSV by content type and area, open the portfolio links, and shortlist. I ask for a country only, never a street address, until I have picked someone.
Creators who post on their own feed for you fit an influencer application. If you also want voices for a show, a podcast guest application works the same way. More tools are in forms for creators and podcasters and forms for ecommerce and Shopify stores.
Questions
How do I compare rates from different creators?
Rates arrive as free text, so people can write their own currency. Download the CSV, add a column with the number you read from each, and sort. Blank means the creator wants to talk first.
What should I send to the creators I pick?
Reply by email with the brief, and ask for a shipping address then. This form asks only for a country, so you collect addresses from the creators you choose.
Can a creator's AI apply?
Yes. The creator can hand the form to their AI, which asks for missing details such as the portfolio link and rate. It shows the answers and sends only after a yes.
