Guest details arrive in pieces. One person emails a bio, another sends a topic by direct message, and nobody mentions a time zone. I would rather ask everything once and keep the answers in one place.
How it works
- Guests give a name, an email and a short bio you can read aloud.
- They pitch one topic, say why it matters now and list talking points.
- They add links to their site and a past interview, so you can hear how they speak.
- They say what they record with, choose audio or video, and give a time zone and free dates.
- They tick a box to agree to be recorded.
A sample chat with a guest's AI
"What would you like to talk about?" Then "What do you record with?" Then "Which time zone are you in?" The AI shows all answers, asks "Send it?" and submits only after a yes. Read about agent-fillable forms.
Good to know
Open the past interview link before you reply. It tells you more than a bio does. In the CSV, sort by topic and group guests who fit the same episode. Do brands ask to sponsor episodes? A sponsorship request form keeps those messages tidy, and an influencer application form suits creators who want a longer partnership. More ideas live in forms for creators and podcasters.
Questions
How do I handle guests in different time zones?
The form asks each guest for a time zone and a list of free dates. Read the time zone column in the CSV before you reply, so you propose a time that suits both of you.
Can guests send a headshot?
Not as a file, because uploads are not supported. The form asks for a link to a headshot instead. A cloud folder or a profile page link works.
Can I limit how many pitches I receive?
Yes. Set max_responses to a cap, or set close_at to a date. The public link stops taking pitches when either one is reached.
