So every form here has a card: Want your AI agent to fill this?
If I am the one filling
- I copy one prompt.
- I paste it into my AI chat.
- My AI asks me only what it does not know.
- It shows me the answers and asks "Send it?".
- I say yes. Done.
My AI sends it in one of two ways.

Most chats are plain. So Path B is a full path, not a backup.
If I own the form
Nothing changes. Each answer has a source: human, paste, agent_api or agent_mcp. I see it in JSON or CSV and in webhooks. Agent answers count toward the 100 free responses a month.
To turn the card off, I set agent_fill to false. People can still type by hand.
Is it safe?
- Nothing is sent without a yes.
- In Path B, nothing goes out until the person presses Submit.
- A code works for 60 minutes and one send.
- We run the same checks as the API. Bad answers are listed, not stored.
- We never see the chat. We only get the final answers.
- We refuse forms that ask for passwords, PINs or card numbers. See Security.
We cannot control someone else's AI. A careless one may ignore the rules. That is why Path B shows you the answers first.

What is an agent-fillable form?
It is a form you can hand to your own AI agent. You copy one prompt. Your agent asks for what it is missing and sends only after you say yes.
Does it work in a plain ChatGPT or Claude chat?
Yes. A plain chat cannot send, so it gives you a JSON block. You paste it into the form page. You check it and press Submit.
Is it safe to let an agent fill my form?
The prompt tells the agent to ask first and never invent details. A code works once and ends after 60 minutes.
