Terms of service for the AI Form API

Updated 2026-10-30

These terms apply when you use AI Form API. They cover your account, the free plan, what you may do with forms, and what we are and are not responsible for. They apply from 2026-10-30. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are between you and AI Form API, which is run by one individual. We write "we". Use hello@aiformapi.com for support, security reports, abuse reports, privacy requests and legal notices.

2. The service

AI Form API lets you create forms and read responses through a dashboard, a REST API and MCP servers. People fill a form by hand or give it to their own AI agent. The service is called v0. It can change.

3. Your account and API keys

  • You sign in with an email link. Give us an address you control.
  • You must be at least 16 years old.
  • If you sign up for an organisation, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it.
  • Your API key is private. You are responsible for everything done with it, including by an AI agent that has the key.
  • Rotate the key if you think it leaked. See Authentication.

4. Plans and limits

The free plan allows 3 open forms, 100 responses per account per calendar month and 30 API requests a minute with 1,000 a day for each key. All limits are in Rate limits and quotas and on the pricing page.

A Pro plan is planned at $19 per month. It is coming soon. It is not on sale and there is no billing in v0. Before anyone is asked to pay, we publish the payment terms (billing, renewal, refunds and taxes) on the pricing page. When Pro launches, the API, MCP, agent fill and CSV export stay free.

We give 30 days notice by email before a plan change.

5. Your content and your respondents

  • You own your forms and the answers, as far as the law allows.
  • You let us store and process them to run the service.
  • You are the controller of the personal data in the answers. We process it on your behalf. A data processing agreement is available on request at hello@aiformapi.com.
  • If you collect personal data, you need a lawful reason. Tell respondents who you are and why you ask. Answer their requests. See the privacy policy.
  • Do not collect secrets, passport numbers or national ID numbers. See the acceptable use policy.

6. Acceptable use

Follow the acceptable use policy. If a valid report shows that a form breaks it, we may close the form within 24 hours, delete responses that a phishing form collected, suspend the account of a repeat offender, and email the form owner. You can appeal by email to hello@aiformapi.com. We answer within 7 days.

7. Agent fill

A form can hand itself to a respondent's AI agent. The agent and its provider are not ours. We do not control what an agent does with a prompt. We do not promise that an answer an agent sends is correct, or that the person approved it. We check agent answers with the same rules as human answers. In the paste-back path, a person can read the answers before they press Submit. Treat answers sent by agents like any other input from the public.

8. Availability and changes

We provide the service as it is. Version 0 makes no uptime promise. Support is by email. We may change the service. We give 30 days notice by email before a breaking API change or a plan change.

9. Ending

You can delete your forms and stop using the service at any time. To delete your account, email hello@aiformapi.com from the address on the account. We remove it within 30 days. Export your responses first. See Responses. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or the law.

10. Warranty and liability

We provide the service "as is", with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. This includes any warranty that the service is always available, error free, or fit for a particular purpose.

As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. On the free plan that amount is zero. These terms do not limit any liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

11. Governing law and disputes

The governing law and the courts that decide disputes are not set yet.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that affects plans or the API, we email account holders 30 days before the change applies. The date of the last update is at the top of the page. If you do not agree with a change, delete your account before it applies.
