I do not want to drag boxes around. I tell my AI what the form should ask. It builds the form. I get a link.
How it works
- I connect the MCP server once. See MCP setup.
- I say what I want.
- My AI calls
create_formand gives me a link. - Later I ask for the answers.
Example:
Me: Make a feedback form for my yoga class. Ask for a 1 to 5 rating and what I should change.
Agent: Done. Here is the link:
https://aiformapi.com/f/h8w4t1c6ze
This is an example. The link is not real.
What my AI sends
{
"title": "Yoga class feedback",
"description": "Two minutes. Honest answers help most.",
"fields": [
{"id": "name", "label": "Your name", "type": "short_text"},
{"id": "enjoyed", "label": "How did you like the class?", "type": "rating", "required": true},
{"id": "change", "label": "What would you change?", "type": "long_text"},
{"id": "may_contact", "label": "May I contact you by email?", "type": "checkbox"}
],
"settings": {"agent_fill": true}
}I can send the same JSON with POST /v1/forms, or click in the dashboard. See Forms and fields. We run no AI inside. You pick the model.
What it does not do
- No payments, file uploads or signatures.
- No conditional logic.
- No drag-and-drop.
- No password or card fields.
Need those? See Tally, Typeform, Google Forms or Jotform.
Want a head start? Pick a template. See agent-fillable forms.
Questions
Does AI Form API have its own AI?
No. Your own agent, such as Claude, builds the form. Its provider bills you, not us.
How do I build a form with an agent?
Connect the MCP server once. Then say what you need. The agent calls create_form and gives you the link.
Is there a free plan?
Yes: 3 open forms and 100 responses a month. A paid plan is coming soon.
