Bridal inquiries arrive as one-line messages like "Are you free on the 14th?" Then the questions begin. Where, how many, what time, what look? I would send one link with my first reply and have the answers ready.
Before the booking
Share the link on your website or in your first reply. The bride gives her name, email, wedding date and where she is getting ready. That tells you whether you are free and whether you must travel. More ideas live in forms for salons, spas and barbers and forms for weddings.
While you decide
She chooses the services: bridal makeup, bridal hair, trials and work for the party. The party size shows how long the morning will take, and the photo start time sets your deadline. She picks a look and notes any skin sensitivities.
A bride's AI might ask "What is your wedding date?" Then "How many people need hair or makeup?" Then "Where are you getting ready?" It shows all answers and sends only after a yes. See agent-fillable forms.
After the answers arrive
Download the CSV, check the timings and send your quote yourself. If a planner coordinates the day, share an event inquiry form with them too. A bride who already sorts guest replies with a wedding RSVP form will find a short link from you familiar.
Questions
How do I quote for the whole bridal party?
The form asks how many people need hair or makeup, including the bride, and which services. Apply your own rates after you read the CSV. The form itself quotes nothing.
Can brides share inspiration photos?
Brides can paste a link to an album or board. The form cannot take photo uploads, so ask them to make the link open to anyone who has it.
What about skin allergies?
One box asks for allergies or sensitivities you must know about, such as to a product or fragrance. Read it before you pack your kit. The form asks for no other health detail.
