A training session ends, everyone nods, and you never learn what stuck. I want the answers while the room is still full. One link on the last slide does that, and the CSV does the counting.
Before the session
Add the link to your last slide or closing message. Put the session title in the form description so answers match the right event. Decide when the form should close.
At the end of the session
Attendees rate how useful it was for their job and how clear the trainer was. They give their confidence before and after, say whether the pace was right and name what they will use first. A trainee's AI might ask: "How useful was this session for your job, from 1 to 5?" Then "How was the pace?" Then "What will you use first?" It shows the answers and sends only after a yes. Read about agent-fillable forms.
After the answers arrive
Subtract the two confidence columns to see growth for each person. Read the unclear parts to decide what to fix next time. It works as a training evaluation form for online sessions too. Sign people up beforehand with a training registration form, and check shorter team sessions with a meeting feedback template. Browse forms for HR and recruiting and forms for events.
Questions
When should attendees fill it in?
At the end of the session, while it is fresh. Show the link on the last slide or put it in the chat. Set close_at a few days later to stop late answers.
How do I measure whether people learned something?
The form asks for confidence before and after on the same scale. Subtract the two columns in the CSV for each person, then look at the average change.
Does it work for online or recorded sessions?
Yes. Attendees say whether they would prefer in person, live online or recorded next time, so you learn which format to repeat.
