I want to know if people feel their work matters, their team is solid and their pay is fair. A long survey tool is too much for that. This employee engagement survey is a short list of statements, each rated from 1 to 5, with room for a comment.
What does it ask?
Statements about the role, the team, the manager, growth, pay and recognition. A recommend score, from 0 up to 10, shows whether people would suggest working here. A pick says where they see themselves in a year. One open box asks what they would change. It also works as a job satisfaction survey.
How do people answer?
In a browser, or by handing the link to their own AI. The AI might ask: "How well does your work use your skills, from 1 to 5?" Then "Do you trust the people on your team?" Then "How likely are you to recommend working here?" It shows the answers and sends only after a yes. Read about agent-fillable forms.
What do I do with the results?
Download the CSV, average each column, and read the lowest first. Then read the comments next to it. Share the top finding and one change with the team. Add workload and tools questions with the staff survey questionnaire, or look at team spirit through a team building questionnaire. Find more in forms for HR and recruiting.
Questions
Can I use it as an employee satisfaction survey?
Yes. The ratings cover role, team, growth and pay, which is what most satisfaction surveys ask about. Add or remove statements to match your workplace.
How do I turn the ratings into something I can act on?
Download the CSV and average each rating column. The lowest average is your first topic. Read the matching comments before you decide what to change.
Should I make the survey anonymous?
The form asks no name or email, only a band for length of service. Drop that band too in a small team, where it could point to one person.
