A client loves the gallery and writes "can I get the third one on canvas?" Next comes a long thread about sizes and paper. I would rather give them a form that asks the print questions once.
How does a client choose photos?
They give the gallery name and list the file numbers or names from the gallery. Nothing is uploaded, because the photos already live with you. A clear numbering system in your gallery keeps mistakes low.
What about size, paper and finish?
The form asks for size, paper, border and copies of each photo, plus a needed-by date. Edit the lists so they offer only what your lab can print. A client's AI helps by asking "Which photo numbers do you want?" Then "Which size and paper?" Then "Will you collect or should we ship?" It shows the answers and sends only after a yes. See agent-fillable forms.
How do I take payment and ship?
The form takes no payment. Reply with your invoice or payment link, then print. The shipping address is only for shipped orders. Sort the CSV by size to batch the lab order. Clients who sat for you may also owe a photo release, and winners of a photo contest entry form often want prints. More ideas are in forms for photographers.
Questions
Can clients attach their chosen photos?
No. The form takes no uploads. Clients list file numbers or names from the gallery you delivered, so number your gallery clearly.
How do I batch orders for the print lab?
Download the CSV, sort by size and paper, and add up the copies column for each group before you place one order with the lab.
Does the form take payment?
No. Reply with your own invoice or payment link and start printing once it is paid.
